Application of Flame Thermal Spinning
Spinning forming process is an advanced forming process that allows the continuous local plastic accumulation of a blank to form a hollow rotating part. In order to reduce the internal stress of the workpiece and prevent cracking, rebound, and other phenomena, high-temperature heating is usually used to assist in the spinning process. Not only can it ensure the uniform texture of the workpiece, but it can also greatly shorten processing time and increase production capacity.
Common workpiece materials for hot spinning include steel, aluminum, copper, molybdenum, titanium, etc.
Compared with high-frequency heating, the biggest advantage of flame thermal spinning is that it can be carried out simultaneously during the spinning and heating processes, ensuring to the greatest extent that the workpiece is at the optimal deformation temperature during thermal spinning.
At the same time, the flame spinning equipment is also equipped with a water cooling system, automatic ignition system, and flame monitoring system to assist in safety, reliability, and durability.
