Preheating of hydraulic support fillet welds before welding

The water-cooled quenching gun is mainly used for surface hardening treatment of shafts, keys, and friction positions between sprockets and circular chains. By controlling the quenching time, different thicknesses of hardened layers are achieved.

Flame heating platform

The flame heating platform is mainly used for cutting wear-resistant steel plates and preheating before welding to prevent the generation of hydrogen induced cracks. The heating platform can evenly heat the entire steel plate interface to avoid local overheating in the area in contact with the heat source. The maximum temperature at which the steel plate is heated should not exceed 220 ℃, otherwise the crystal structure of the wear-resistant steel plate will be changed.

Preheating for middle groove plate welding
